John Hess is a native Hoosier who graduated from Indiana University in 1965 and from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington in 1968. From 1968 until 1972, he served in the U.S.. Navy on active duty as a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps. During this time, he tried many court-martial cases and had significant experience representing injured claimants before Physical Evaluation Boards – a precursor for his many years in handling disability cases.
Jennifer Hess is a native Hoosier and received an International Baccalaureate Diploma from North Central High School in Indianapolis. Thereafter, she graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She continued her time in Bloomington earning her juris doctorate in 2003 from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.
Jayme E. Donnelson, J.D., is a Managing Partner at Hess Hess & Donnelson LLP. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University with a double major and academic scholarship. She then earned her juris doctorate in 2008 at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law: Indiana University.
Joanne Stewart is an extremely valuable member of the Hess Hess & Donnelson team for over 30 years. She began her career in Michigan where she focused her work in the area of probate law. Over the last thirty years, she has gained vast legal experience in the areas of Social Security Disability, probate, estate planning and administration, guardianships, taxation, and accounting.
